At first I thgt I had some luck, spotted many packets of free fishes outside a LFS aka local fish shop in Singapore at around 1020am, Serangoon Central .Blk 266. Next to NEX.
Operation hrs of DPS Aquarium stated is 10am to 9pm outside his shop but can see packets of fishes like kois,bettas,feeders,other live stocks!
The delivery team of fish farm must have thought that LFS boss shd be around by 10am. Since boss is not in, have to wait till 8pm to come back view lfs fishes
Hope boss return by noon otherwise these fishes either become salted fish or foc fish for others.
